Dr. Jin Gu, Lee is a professor in the department of Human Resource Development at Korea Tech which is responsible for nurturing vocational training teachers in Korea. Also, he serves as Dean of College of Work and Study in Parallel in Korea Tech. Dr. Lee earned his doctoral degree from the Pennsylvania State University and had worked as a HR specialist in the big corporations such as SAMSUNG for almost 14 years. He currently teaches various human resource development theories and practices including vocational education and development fields as well as organization development and change. His research interests include learning and development in the digital transformation era, employee engagement for organization development, and training and learning transfer systems for performance improvement.
